Water dispenser or filter system?
Two different things are often confused when it comes to capacity. The glass water dispenser on its own holds 15 litres. As soon as the ceramic filter is inserted, it takes up space inside and the water can only rise to its bottom edge - the lower container then holds 6.5 litres. Together with the 3 litres in the filter, that gives a system capacity of 9.5 litres. So 15 litres describes the container, 9.5 litres the finished filter system.
